Bright and Flavorful
A classic Salsa Verde is a staple sauce and must be kept on hand at all times! With ours, we were chasing bold, bright flavors to liven up everything it touches.

A combination of fermented jalapeno, roasted tomatillo and poblano kicked up with plenty of garlic, lime, and spices gives this sauce a bright acidic kick, perfect for fish tacos or splashing over your Avo toast.

Pairing suggestions:
Tacos, eggs, roasted vegetables, fish…you name it. We even mix some into our salad dressing.

Fermented Jalapeno (Jalapeno, salt), Fermented and Roasted Tomatillo (Tomatillo,Salt), Fermented and Roasted Poblano Pepper (Poblano Pepper, Salt), Onion, Lime Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Garlic, Cilantro, Spices (Coriander, Cumin)
